消息面上，7月7日晚，国产FPGA龙头复旦微电披露2026年上半年业绩预告，公司预计实现营收22亿元-24亿元，同比增长19.64%-30.52%；归母净利润同比增长313.19%-416.49%，增长主因包括行业景气度回升、下游需求增长、产品结构优化及持有盛合晶微股份产生的公允价值变动收益约4.7亿元。回望2025年，复旦微电全年归母净利润仅2.32亿元，同比大跌59.42%，资产减值损失高达4.39亿元压制利润，如今半年净利已超去年全年3倍，行业反转信号十分明确。
