ChainCatcher 消息，据向 SEC 提交的 8-K 文件，纳斯达克上市的数字基础设施公司 AVAX One Technology（AVX）CEO Jolie Kahn 于 7 月 3 日辞职，COO Pete Wylie 出任临时 CEO。公司称离职系"双方协商"，不涉及运营、政策或实务分歧。根据分离协议，Kahn 将获得 16 万美元一次性现金补偿及价值 25 万美元的普通股。董事会已聘请全球高管猎头公司 ZRG Partners 寻找永久继任者。
此次领导层变动正值 AVAX One 面临纳斯达克合规压力之际，公司此前因股价低于 1 美元最低要求收到通知，股东已于 5 月 29 日批准 1:12 反向拆股并于 6 月 15 日生效。AVAX One 主营业务包括在艾伯塔省与俄亥俄州以约 300 PH/s 算力挖矿比特币、持有 AVAX 战略财库并赚取质押收益，以及建设面向 AI 与高性能计算的模块化数据中心。
