智通财经APP获悉，锂业股延续跌势，截至发稿，赣锋锂业(01772)跌5.3%，报46.8港元；天齐锂业(09696)跌3.69%，报39.2港元。
消息面上，6月29日，宁德时代旗下枧下窝锂矿顺利取得安全生产许可证，审批进度远超市场预期，但预计产能爬坡尚需过程。西部证券认为，短期供给上量缓慢仍将对基本面形成支撑，7月中旬前锂价有望维持15-17万区间震荡；但下半年旺季需求增速尚未明朗，仍需注意三季度内锂价下行风险。
值得注意的是，美国国防部后勤局启动为期五年的碳酸锂专项采购计划，拟最高采购1.6167万吨高纯度电池级碳酸锂，合同总金额上限达3亿美元，用于补充国家国防储备。这是美国历史上首次将碳酸锂大规模纳入国防战略储备体系。分析人士指出，年均采购量仅约3200吨，占全球需求不足0.3%，不会直接拉动供需大幅收紧、推动锂价暴涨。
