　　中国人民银行、香港金融管理局（香港金管局）、香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（香港证监会）联合公告，欢迎中国外汇交易中心与香港交易所共建香港电子固定收益及货币交易平台（交易平台），以进一步深化两地金融市场的合作，巩固提升香港国际金融中心及离岸人民币业务枢纽的地位。

　　香港证监会和香港金管局于2025年公布了《固定收益及货币市场发展路线图》，助力新一代电子交易平台的发展是其中一项重要措施。交易平台立足香港，面向国际市场，提供一个开放、公平、高效、稳定的固定收益及货币交易平台。基本原则包括：

　　1．遵循国际市场标准和惯例，并符合香港相关监管要求。

　　2．致力于打造一个开放、公平的市场，为全球投资者提供全面的产品服务。

　　3．与本地金融生态圈及发展目标协同发展。

　　4．以市场为本，响应市场所需，提升交易效率和透明度、促进有效的价格发现、降低交易成本、并探索技术创新赋能金融服务。
