Orient Securities serves as lead underwriter. Guotai Haitong Securities, CITIC Securities, Huatai United Securities and Sinolink Securities serve as joint lead underwriters.
Shares of the securities company declined 3% in recent trade on the Shenzhen and Hong Kong bourses.
