澳大利亚黄金生产商Vault Minerals表示矿业公司Genesis Minerals提出了一项收购要约对Vault Minerals的估值约为56亿澳元（约39亿美元）高于黄金生产和勘探公司Regis Resources今年5月提出的收购报价。Genesis的报价对应每股Vault价值5.274澳元较Vault上一交易日收盘价溢价15.7%。这一最新报价也较Regis此前全股票收购方案高出近6%。
