【大河财立方消息】7月6日，香港地产商远东发展在港交所公告，7月3日，间接全资附属公司与买方订立买卖协议，出售捷彩有限公司全部已发行股份，初步购买价为港币7.5亿港元。所得款项净额将优先用于偿还现有银行贷款，剩余部分将作为集团营运资金。

　　买方为在英属维尔京群岛注册成立的投资控股公司，最终实益拥有人为京东集团股份有限公司。

　　该物业一直将部分客房转换为用作学生宿舍之单位，预期全面转换即将于2026年下半年完成。交易完成时，双方将同步订立管理协议，远东发展的另一间接全资附属公司将担任管理人，继续负责该学生宿舍物业的运营与管理，期限为三年。

　　远东发展董事认为，该交易为集团提供与京东集团建立策略关系之机会，并探索进一步合作机会，包括香港之潜在学生宿舍项目。
