7月7日，上海思朗科技股份有限公司（下称“思朗科技”）科创板IPO获上交所受理。公司2024年获国 家级独角兽企业。公开信息显示，思朗科技成立于2016年，是一家致力于国产自主处理器内核研发、芯片设计和应用的高科技半导体独角兽企业，团队脱胎于中国科学院自动化研究所，思朗科技拥有万亿次代数运算微处理器MaPU的完整自主知识产权。
业绩方面，2023—2025年，公司分别实现营业收入2.51亿元、4.24亿元和6.73亿元，营收持续增长；扣非后归母净利润分别为-3.19亿元、-3.23亿元和-3.72亿元。报告期内，公司第一大客户为长江科算，来自该客户的收入占公司收入的比例超过95%，公司客户集中度高。
从下游客户来看，据思朗科技介绍，在公网领域，该公司UCP系列芯片已得到了包括三大运营商以及大唐移动、长焜科技、星网锐捷（002396.SZ）、新华三、联想等企业的认可。在专网领域，以卫星通信行业为例，UCP系列芯片目前正同时服务于国内两大低轨卫星互联网星座，参与了G60星座地面设备研制，助力推动空天地一体化网络的建设。
天眼查显示，思朗科技已完成9轮融资，其中多轮融资金额超亿元。其中天使轮为2亿人民币、B轮融资为3亿人民币、C轮融资达1亿美元。其中出现茅台、宁德时代（300750.SZ）等相关资本身影。
