补充资料：Atlantis New Hong Kong Equity Fund Limited (the "Subscriber") entered into a subscription agreement with China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited (the "company") on 21 June 2024, under which the Subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe 944,444,444 shares of the Company. Pursuant to such agreement, the Subscriber subscribed 398,617,346 conversion shares on 10 June 2026; further subscribed 426,389,239 conversion shares and 119,437,859 shares on 30 June 2026.
