消息面上，TCL电子此前发布26年首季度业绩，中泰证券指出，26Q1 TCL电子收入292亿港元，同比增长15%；经调整利润3.84亿港元，同比增长140%。海外市场方面，公司销售额、销量及零售均价分别同比增长23%、17%及5%，单台毛利343港元，同比增长35%。中泰证券认为，TCL电子本次业绩持续验证了中资品牌出海调性从低端走向次高端，公司带动更多大尺寸+miniLED电视的销售，提升结构和单台利润。
中金发布研报称，当前行业创新主力由上游面板厂转向下游整机厂，产业链价值向下游转移。TCL电子坚持高端化战略，产品、渠道、品牌全面升级，充分受益MiniLED全球渗透红利。业务整合方面，中金认为，TCL电子与索尼拟成立合资公司承接索尼家庭娱乐业务，将全球稀缺的顶级电视资产揽入麾下。双方有望在渠道、品牌、技术、供应链全面协同，加速公司在全球高端彩电市场的扩张步伐，参考海信整合东芝彩电的成功经验，该行认为公司未来盈利弹性值得期待。
