受股价回落影响，SK海力士下调了美国存托凭证（ADR）发行的预计募资规模，但此次调整并不影响发行数量，最终定价仍将通过簿记建档程序确定。
据SK海力士向监管机构提交的文件，公司已将ADR预计发行规模从约45.45万亿韩元（约290亿美元）下调至约43.14万亿韩元（约280亿美元）。此次调整源于参考股价的更新——公司将基准价格由6月23日收盘价255.5万韩元，调整为7月3日收盘价242.5万韩元，区间跌幅约为5%，导致预计募资规模相应减少约2.31万亿韩元（约10亿美元）。
值得注意的是，由于ADR发行总量维持不变，此次下调纯粹为股价变动所致，并非公司主动压缩融资意愿的信号。尽管参考价格已作出更新，SK海力士强调，ADR的最终发行价格及实际募资金额仍将经由簿记建档程序确定。此类程序通常由承销机构向机构投资者询价，最终定价或与当前参考价格存在出入。
按计划，簿记建档将于7月6日正式启动。
