智通财经APP讯，毛记葵涌(01716)发布公告，于2026年7月6日(交易时段后)，公司与独家配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司有条件同意配发及发行，而独家配售代理有条件同意按尽力基准促使不少于六(6)名承配人按配售协议所载条款及条件及在其规限下以每股4.28港元的配售价认购最多5400万股配售股份。
假设销售股份获悉数配售，配售股份数目占：(a)本公告日期已发行股份总数的20%;及(b)配售事项完成后经扩大已发行股份总数约16.67%(假设自本公告日期至配售事项完成日期止，除发行配售股份外，已发行股份总数并无变动)。配售价每股配售股份4.28港元较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股5.33港元折让约19.70%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额预期分别为约2.31亿港元及约2.29亿港元。配售事项所得款项净额拟按以下方式动用：(a)60%用于建立及发展公司计划的新环保及可持续发展业务;(b)20%用于拓展集团现有媒体业务的产品及服务范围;及(c)用作集团的一般营运资金。
