消息面上，近日，天岳先进在路演活动中表示，公司关注到市场对碳化硅衬底下游应用拓展的相关讨论。从产业发展规律来看，碳化硅材料凭借自身的性能优势，下游应用场景正持续拓展，覆盖车规、工业电源、新能源、数据中心供电等多个领域，行业整体向大尺寸化、高效率应用方向演进的趋势明确。公司始终认为，碳化硅衬底在大尺寸化、高效率应用方向上拥有较好的发展空间，正围绕该方向持续优化产品布局、推进客户合作，稳步夯实技术与产能基础，致力于提升经营成果。
华源证券此前指出，根据日本富士经济于2026年3月发布的报告测算，2025年全球导电型碳化硅衬底材料市场中公示天岳先进市场份额为27.6%，位居全球第一，其中8英寸市场份额为51.3%。公司是全球少数能够实现8英寸SiC衬底量产、也是率先推出12英寸SiC衬底的公司，并已完成12英寸导电N型、导电P型及高纯半绝缘型全系列产品技术攻关，部分头部客户已启动验证或下达订单。8英寸的稳定量产及12英寸的前瞻布局有望让公司在下一个时代的竞争中掌握先机。
