证监会再融资新规征求意见了，跟你我手里的股票到底啥关系？
第一：定增告别“打折价”
定增“打折拿票”听说过吗？以前企业定向增发，机构能提前打折买股票，等解禁一卖赚差价，之后不能这样了！新规要求所有定增都得按发行当天的市价来，想提前锁价？那可不行！咱普通投资者跟机构站在同一起跑线上了。
第二：储架发行，融资像“刷信用卡”
以前公司一次融太多钱，现在有了“储架发行”——像办信用卡，额度批了，分次刷，用多少取多少，市场的压力小多了。
第三：好公司“快充”额度扩容
好公司融资更灵活了，小额快速上限从3亿元涨到6亿元，大公司能到10亿元——但钱必须投向主业！想拿去炒理财？不行！
第四：大股东定增“锁定三年”
大股东参与定增，锁定期直接拉满36个月！三年内卖不掉，等于把你俩“绑”在一条船上——他不好好干，自己先亏钱，能不卖力吗？
