生物制药公司ADMA Biologics（NASDAQ：ADMA）正面临证券欺诈集体诉讼，起因是做空机构Culper Research于2026年3月24日发布的一份报告，指控该公司通过渠道压货和未披露的关联方交易虚增营收。

　　诉讼已提交至美国新泽西州联邦地区法院。起诉书指控ADMA及其部分高管在2024年8月9日至2026年3月25日期间作出重大虚假和误导性陈述，未能向投资者披露以下关键事实：公司从事未披露的关联方交易；利用渠道压货制造收入增长假象；以及缺乏足够的内部控制。

　　Culper Research在报告中称，ADMA两家最大分销商之一的两名高级员工证实，公司自2025年起通过提供回扣和延长付款期限，诱导该分销商囤积过量旗舰产品ASCENIV。报告估计，若没有这一操作，ADMA 2025年实际收入将下降3%，而非其报告的20%增长。

　　受此影响，ADMA股价在两个交易日内暴跌29%，从13.59美元跌至9.63美元，市值蒸发约12亿美元。此后Cantor Fitzgerald下调该股评级，股价进一步承压。与此同时，公司于5月下调了全年业绩指引，进一步动摇投资者信心。

　　根据《私人证券诉讼改革法案》，在集体诉讼期间购买ADMA股票并遭受损失的投资者，可在2026年8月10日前向法院申请担任主要原告。多家律师事务所已宣布展开调查并征集投资者参与。
