金吾财讯 | 石油板块盘初跳高，中石油股份(00857)涨3.61%。中国海洋石油(00883)涨4.55%，山东墨龙(00568)涨10.14%，百勤油服(02178)涨5.99%，中海油田服务(02883)涨1.75%，中石化油服(01033)涨1.72%。消息面上，美国财政部宣布，自本周二起不得开展新的伊朗石油相关交易，撤销了截至8月下旬的为期60天伊朗能源限制豁免。美官员称，初步迹象显示伊朗近日在霍尔木兹海峡向三艘商船开火，这一行为“完全不可接受”，将招致相应后果；不过美方谈判代表仍在诚意推进达成美伊最终协议。伊朗最高领袖顾问称，美国将把谈判引向失败、正试图在海峡开辟替代航道。布伦特原油在这一消息的刺激下拉升，日内涨幅一度超过5%。此前摩根大通大宗商品研究主管娜塔莎·卡内娃在一份报告中指出：“由于滞留在霍尔木兹海峡的原油最终重新进入市场，而市场此前已花了数月时间学习如何在没有原油的情况下运转，因此市场正面临暂时性供应过剩的风险。”
