欧洲股市周一从纪录高位小幅回落，投资者消化一系列并购消息。
斯托克欧洲600指数收跌0.4%，公用事业和医疗保健股跌幅居前，金融服务和银行股表现最佳。
英国并购市场当天交易活跃。ITV Plc在缩减涨幅前一度上涨2.4%，此前该公司同意将媒体和娱乐业务出售给Sky。英国廉价航空公司易捷航空接受私募股权公司Castlelake LP的收购要约，股价大涨9.3%，创2022年以来新高。
由于油价下跌缓解了通胀担忧，并改善欧洲经济增长前景，斯托克欧洲600指数在过去四周上涨。全球资金从科技股轮动流向其他板块也提振了欧洲市场，而即将到来的第二季度财报季将成为检验本轮涨势能否持续的关键。
“可以明显看到市场动能正在增强，尤其是大宗商品产业链，因为数据中心、国防支出和基础设施建设都需要这些资源，”Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking全球研究主管Kokou Agbo-Bloua表示。“我确实认为美国市场存在集中度风险，而从分散投资的角度来看，欧洲市场能够带来益处。”
