曾经誓言“只买不卖”的比特币持仓大户Strategy公司，近日执行了其历史上最大规模的比特币出售，以约2.16亿美元的价格减持了3588枚比特币。

　　这批比特币在过去一周内分两次售出，平均价格约为每枚6万美元。此次出售后，Strategy仍持有约84.4万枚比特币，占比特币总供应量的约4%，其平均持仓成本约为每枚7.5万美元。这意味着本次出售是在显著低于平均成本的价格下进行的，产生了约5300万美元的已实现损失。

　　此次出售是Strategy新批准的12.5亿美元“比特币货币化计划”的一部分。公司表示，出售所得将用于支付其优先股的股息，并补充相应的美元储备金。截至7月初，Strategy的美元现金储备约为25.5亿美元，足以覆盖约17个月的优先股股息和利息支出。

　　这次行动标志着公司策略的重大转变。长期以来，Strategy（前身为MicroStrategy）以其激进的比特币增持策略而闻名，其执行主席Michael Saylor曾多次强调不会出售比特币。然而，在比特币价格持续低迷和公司自身股价承压的背景下，公司决定采取更灵活的财务手段，以保障股东回报和财务灵活性。消息公布后，Strategy股价在盘前交易中下跌约2%，比特币价格也应声小幅回落，但市场普遍将其解读为一次性的流动性管理操作，而非系统性抛售的开始。
