智通财经APP获悉，7月7日，香港交易所发布通告表示，作为无纸证券市场制度下无纸化措施的一部分，结算参与者及托管商参与者（统称“参与者”）可向香港税务局(IRD)申请成为认可人士(AP)。在无纸证券市场制度实施后，参与者如欲以无纸形式存入或提取参与证券，或使用中央结算系统提供的可选用印花税缴付服务，均须事先取得有关认可资格。
港交所表示，香港税务局现已展开AP申请程序，并已通过电邮向现有参与者的指定联络人发出邀请函。参与者应于收到邀请函后一个月内回复香港税务局，并表明是否有意提交AP申请。
