1.THRIVE KEY LIMITED 键盛有限公司;2.S.I. United Water Holdings (BVI) Limited 上实联合水务控股(BVI)有限公司;3.GOLDEN BELL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED;4.RISE THRIVE LIMITED 昂兴有限公司;5.RISE WEALTH INVESTMENTS LTD.;6.THRIVE FAR LIMITED 奋发有限公司;7.THRIVE BLOOM LIMITED 茂隆有限公司;8.LAP YIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED 立贤国际有限公司;及9.Global Envirotech Investment Ltd.(环投).
合并已于2026年6月29日生效。合并完成后，环投将继续作为唯一的存续公司。
本次合并旨在精简本集团的组织架构及降低行政成本。上述公司于合并前均为休眠公司。
本次合并预期不会对本公司截至2026年12月31日止财政年度的综合有形资产净值及每股收益产生任何重大影响。
