金吾财讯 | 法美临床阶段生物药企 Abivax(ABVX)公告美国存托凭证(ADS)承销公开发行正式完成，承销商全额行使超额配售权，本次发行合计募资总额9.2 亿美元，扣除承销佣金与发行费用后净募资约 8.741 亿美元，大幅拉长公司研发现金跑道。本次共计发行 736 万份 ADS，每份对应公司 1 股普通股，全部由 Abivax 自身发售。公司表示，叠加现有账面现金，本次募资净额足以支撑企业整体经营、核心管线临床研发持续推进至 2029 年第四季度，为核心候选药物申报、商业化筹备提供充足资金储备。本次发行，Leerink Partners、摩根士丹利、Piper Sandler、古根海姆证券担任联席主承销商，LifeSci Capital 为副承销商，荷兰 Van Lanschot Kempen 担任欧洲牵头承销机构。本次发行依托 2025 年 7 月在 SEC 自动生效的 F-3 货架注册文件落地，全套发行补充说明书可在美国证监会 EDGAR 系统或各承销商渠道免费查阅；稳定操作期已结束，承销商未开展任何股价维稳交易。据了解，Abivax 聚焦自身免疫炎症疾病创新疗法开发，核心管线 obefazimod(ABX464)正开展中重度溃疡性结肠炎三期临床试验，目前已取得关键临床终点数据，计划年内向 FDA 提交上市申请。公司股票两地双重上市，普通股在巴黎泛欧交易所挂牌，ADS 于纳斯达克全球市场交易。
