Principal Financial Group (PFG) said Tuesday it has agreed to buy employee benefits company Beam Benefits.
The financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the latter half of this year, the company said.
Principal Financial said capital deployment and earnings per share growth goals are unchanged for this year.
