消息面上，据市场媒体报道，当地时间7月8日，伊朗南部多地发生爆炸。美军中央司令部最新发声明及视频称，美军对伊朗发动新一轮进攻性打击，以此“直接回应伊朗近期对在霍尔木兹海峡航行的商船发起的袭击”。伊朗方面随后表示，美方的袭击、恢复对伊石油制裁等措施严重违反伊美谅解备忘录，表示“强烈谴责”。这些袭击标志着自美伊6月17日签署谅解备忘录以来，局势出现了“最严重的升级”。
华泰期货表示，前期油价下跌有部分定价来自于美国对伊朗制裁的放松，如果重新恢复则市场或将获得一定幅度反弹。华泰证券认为，26Q2美以伊冲突及霍尔木兹海峡运输受阻等因素致全球油气供给延续紧张态势，虽6月局势缓和后油价中枢渐下移，但二季度布伦特原油均价同环比均显著上行，该机构预计油气开采企业盈利同环比显著改善。
