7月8日金融一线消息，日前，江西农商联合银行发布公告称，计划面向国内外院校应届毕业生公开招聘530人。其中，江西农商联合银行本部管培生招聘15人、辖内农商银行计划招聘515名员工，报名时间为2026年7月7日-2026年7月27日中午12：00。

　　据悉，江西农商联合银行本部管培生（15人）在辖内农商银行经过基层培训锻炼，考核合格后入职江西农商联合银行本部工作。该岗位具备国家承认的普通高等院校研究生学历、硕士及以上学位；本科或研究生阶段须在最新软科中国大学综合性大学（主榜）排名前100名或单科性大学（财经类）排名前10名高校就读；境外本科或研究生阶段院校须为最新QS或泰晤士排名前100名。专业要求为经济与贸易类、财政金融类、会计与审计类、法律类、数学与统计类、中文类、工商管理类、农林经济管理。

　　辖内农商银行计划招聘515名员工，招聘岗位分别为专业技术岗、财务税收岗、信息科技岗和客户经理岗。
