7月8日，科技媒体Tom's Hardware昨日发布博文，消息称在6月29日官宣为期10年的韩国产业投资计划，面临配套基础设施滞后问题，配套输电与供水存在较大挑战。
在电力缺口方面，据韩国国会研究服务处报告显示，位于京畿道的龙仁半导体国家产业集群(三星和 SK 海力士的超级产业集群(全面运营时预计需要15至16吉瓦的电力，接近首尔都市圈总电力需求的25%，而当地电力供应量约为1.9吉瓦。
水资源方面，大型存储器制造厂每天耗水量超过10万吨，而龙仁国家级芯片制造厂全面建成后预计每天需要约80万吨水。根据韩国公告的阶段供水计划，从2031年左右开始，从八堂水坝的剩余水量和处理后的废水中供应约20万吨水；随后将新建取水设施和管道，到2034年达到每天60万吨的供水量。
