　　礼邦医药-B（09637）盘中涨超10%，截至发稿，股价上涨7.20%，现报31.28港元，成交额906.98万港元。

　　6月29日，礼邦医药获两名重要机构股东同步增持。其中，新加坡政府投资公司（GIC Private Limited）以每股44.0844港元增持87.2万股，总金额约3844.16万港元，持股增至1610.03万股，占比7.09%。同日，LAV Asset Management（Hong Kong） Limited以每股45.0615港元增持45万股，涉资约2027.78万港元，持股增至约1634.73万股，占比7.20%。两家机构合计增持逾132万股，累计投入约5872万港元，彰显出对礼邦医药长期价值的认可。

　　值得关注的是，作为新加坡政府的主权财富基金，GIC管理着超过9360亿美元的全球资产，以严苛的风控标准和超长期投资视野著称。此次是GIC近年来首次以基石投资者身份参与港股18A公司IPO，打破了其以往仅在二级市场布局成熟医药资产的惯例。事实上，GIC早已是礼邦医药的长期同行者，在B+轮融资中便已入局并持续追加投资。对于主权基金而言，“陪跑式” 投资远比重仓单票更能说明对公司基本面与管理层执行力的深度认可。
