Lygend Resources Wins Shenzhen Listing Committee Nod for A-Share IPO

Lygend Resources & Technology (HKG:2245) said its proposed A-share initial public offering has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's listing committee, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the nickel producer fell 2% in recent trade.
The proposed offering remains subject to approvals from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant authorities, and may or may not proceed, the company said.
