消息面上，7月7日晚，三和精化公布，根据集团截至2026年5月31日止五个月未经审计的管理账目及现时可取得的财务资料，集团取得净利润不少于人民币250万元，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得净亏损约人民币1140万元。利润增加的主要原因为销售及分销开支以及行政开支减少；及出售附属公司股权的收益。预期集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的业绩将取得扭亏为盈，且利润增加。
