7月7日金融一线消息，宁夏金融监管局发布批复，同意宁夏黄河农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并宁夏永宁农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏贺兰农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏灵武农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏石嘴山农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏平罗农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏惠农农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏吴忠农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏红寺堡农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏盐池农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏同心农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏青铜峡农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏固原农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏西吉农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏彭阳农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏隆德农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏泾源农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏中卫农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏中宁农村商业银行股份有限公司、宁夏海原农村商业银行股份有限公司，承接上述19家银行清产核资后的资产、负债、业务、网点、人员及各项权利义务，并将19家银行改建为宁夏黄河农村商业银行股份有限公司的分支机构。

　　批复要求，宁夏黄河农村商业银行股份有限公司应严格按照有关法律法规和相关文件要求办理吸收合并事项，并督促19家被吸收银行完成法人机构终止相关事宜。吸收合并筹备事项完成后，宁夏黄河农村商业银行股份有限公司应按照有关程序和规定向监管部门提出分支机构开业等相关申请事项。
