智通财经APP讯，谊砾控股(00076)发布公告，公司全资附属公司 Cityhill Limited 于2026年7月7日和Han Carvestone International Limited 签订为期五年的合作协议。根据该协议，订约双方将共同建立一个以人工智能技术支持的交易平台。交易平台主要业务分为石墨产品和生活物流两部分，分两个阶段完成。
按初步计划，第一阶段以石墨产品为起点，目的吸引全球石墨产品的买卖双方加入交易平台，进行大宗商品交易。第二阶段以亚洲为中心，吸引餐厅、超级市场等商家成为平台的商品和服务供应商，并与地区或国际品牌的互联网服务公司和物流公司合作，协助这些公司拓展扩大业务和服务范围，实现共赢。
Cityhill Limited 将提供建设交易平台的费用和负责营运交易平台，Han Carvestone International Limited 将提供技术支持。订约双方同意，Cityhill Limited 将获得交易平台盈利的65%，Han Carvestone International Limited 则会获得盈利的35%。
