智通财经APP讯，宏华集团(00196)发布公告，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月，取得公司股东应占亏损约人民币2000万元至4000万元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月则取得公司股东应占溢利约人民币3709.50万元。
预期亏损主要归因于以下因素：(1)地缘政治及宏观经营环境影响。报告期内，受中东地区地缘政治局势持续动荡影响，集团在该地区的钻井设备、海工船舶及钻井工程服务市场开拓短期承压，导致该区域营业收入贡献及利润实现显著低于预期。同时，国际贸易物流受阻及供应链成本上升，进一步压缩了集团综合毛利率;及(2)汇率波动导致汇兑损失。报告期内，人民币对美元汇率持续走强，集团持有的美元资产及外币应收项目因而产生较大汇兑损失，进一步压缩了当期利润，尽管集团已通过适时调整结汇策略、开展远期结售汇及外汇套期保值业务等方式积极管理汇率风险，惟仍未能完全抵消汇率波动所带来的负面影响。
