据多名了解情况的匿名人士透露，欧盟委员会正在评估是否扩大 MiCA 的监管范围，以涵盖包括代币化和非欧盟稳定币发行商在内的新兴领域。
MiCA 是欧盟针对加密资产制定的综合监管框架，旨在为整个欧盟范围内的加密资产发行、交易、托管及其他相关服务建立统一规则。该法规于 2024 年 12 月正式生效，但多数服务提供商获得了一段过渡期，以便完成合规调整，过渡期一直持续至今年 7 月 1 日。
