ImmuneOnco Biopharma Doses First Patient in Phase 2/3 IgG4 Disease Trial

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) (HKG:1541) said the first patient has been dosed in a Phase 2/3 clinical trial of its lead drug candidate IMM0306 for the treatment of IgG4-related disease, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The trial will evaluate the efficacy of IMM0306 in reducing the risk of disease relapse, with secondary endpoints including safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity.

Shares of the biopharmaceutical firm were up nearly 4% in midday trade on Friday.
