路透7月8日 - 自动化公司霍尼韦尔科技（HON.O）周三在 完成二合一反向股票拆分后， 上调了2026年 下半年及全年的利润目标。
该公司（前身为霍尼韦尔）在上月底将 (link) 分拆出来， 并将其航空航天业务部门霍尼韦尔航空航天（HONA.O）上市后， 随即 进行了此次反向股票拆分 。
霍尼韦尔科技预计下半年经调整后每股收益将在4.40美元至4.70美元之间，而 此前 预期为2 .20美元 至2.35美元。
对于全年业绩，该公司将调整后每股收益目标上调至7.90美元至8.30美元，此前预测为 3.95美元至4.15美元。
其下半年及全年销售额和业务部门利润率目标保持不变。
在激进投资者埃利奥特投资管理公司（Elliott Investment Management）的压力下，霍尼韦尔去年宣布将公司拆分为霍尼韦尔科技、Solstice Advanced Materials SOLS.O 和霍尼韦尔航空航天三家独立公司。
