ZoomInfo Technologies Inc．近日宣布推出GTM Bench基准测试系统，专门用于评估大型语言模型和人工智能代理在真实市场推广任务中的表现。

　　GTM Bench从两大维度对AI系统进行评分：“任务完成度”衡量系统完成所要求工作的比例，“数据溯源性”衡量返回数据可追溯至真实、现时来源的比例。在首轮测试中，ZoomInfo的GTM.AI获得综合指数77分，而Apollo为47分，Exa为36分，开放网络搜索为31分。ZoomInfo系统完成了98%的操作工作，每千条记录可返回478条可验证记录，远超其他系统的7至35条，每项任务成本仅0.79美元。

　　值得一提的是，ZoomInfo也坦诚公布了自身表现欠佳的四类场景，包括纯文案撰写及外部工具无法访问的自有CRM数据等领域，数据溯源性的衡量亦以ZoomInfo自身验证记录为基准，而非经独立审计完成。

　　第二版GTM Bench将新增多步骤代理工作流、国际覆盖及自有数据评估维度。其他数据提供商和AI代理开发者也可提交系统参与测试。GTM.AI作为ZoomInfo的上下文数据层，提供对逾1亿家企业、5亿个联系人及数十亿条信号数据的访问能力，已与Salesforce Agentforce、HubSpot Breeze、微软Copilot、Claude、ChatGPT等实现集成。
