据业内消息人士称，SK集团会长崔泰源将访问美国，出席SK海力士公司美国存托凭证（ADR）在纳斯达克上市的仪式。
据消息人士称，崔泰源将与SK海力士CEO郭鲁正及其他高管一同出席当地时间周五在纽约举行的上市仪式。
活动期间，崔泰源和管理团队将向全球投资者展示SK海力士的技术竞争力及其长期发展战略。
SK海力士计划通过与ADR上市挂钩的股票发行筹资之多45.45万亿韩元（约合294亿美元），用于投资生产设施。
该公司表示，本次新发行的股票定价为255 万韩元，将于 7 月 29 日挂牌上市；每份美国存托凭证定价 25.55 万韩元。
这家全球第二大内存芯片制造商表示，将把所得资金用于在韩国建设一座新的半导体制造厂和一个先进的芯片封装设施。
美国存托凭证（ADRs）是由美国的银行发行的可流通证券，代表外国公司的股份，使这些公司能够吸引美国投资者，而无需将其普通股直接在美交所上市。
据消息人士称，崔泰源此行期间，预计还将会见英伟达、特斯拉等美国大型科技公司的高管。
