美国周五放宽针对阿联酋的出口管制，将这位海湾阿拉伯盟友升级为美国最受信赖的防务与技术合作伙伴之一。

　　美国商务部工业与安全局表示，鉴于阿联酋作为美国主要防务合作伙伴发挥的作用，以及该国在维护美国国家安全利益（包括对抗伊朗相关事务）方面提供的支持，该局将依据《出口管理条例》大幅提升阿联酋的待遇等级。

　　此番调整落地后，经美方核准的阿联酋机构可直接获取先进人工智能芯片、人工智能服务器、军用及军民两用技术、商业卫星、无人机，以及油气、民用核能领域相关技术，无需再走美国出口许可审批流程。
