俄勒冈州撤回了推迟派拉蒙与华纳<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/002562">兄弟</a>交易动议
路透7月11日 - 俄勒冈州总检察长办公室周五表示，已撤回其要求推迟派拉蒙 PSKY.O 以1,100亿美元收购华纳兄弟 WBD.O 的法院动议。
“派拉蒙明确表示他们不会遵守调查要求，并且认为自己凌驾于法律之上。我们不会让他们把俄勒冈州居民的资源浪费在这些把戏上，”俄勒冈州司法部在向路透发表的声明中表示。
“我们已撤回该动议，以考虑下一步行动，”声明补充道。
本周早些时候，俄勒冈州总检察长丹·雷菲尔德（Dan Rayfield）的办公室曾向穆尔特诺马县法院 (link) 申请，要求法院命令该公司提交相关记录，并将交易推迟60天以便州政府进行审查。该办公室表示，派拉蒙已同意在州政府审查期间，不早于7月22日完成 这笔交易。
