7月11日消息，据重庆城市TV报道，近期，重庆多名小鹏X9车主集中反馈车辆行驶途中突发故障、集体趴窝，此事迅速引发热议。
据了解，当地车友群内大量车主集中反馈同类问题。不少车主表示，车辆白天停放地下车库，下午正常上路行驶过程中，空气悬挂出现漏气、车身单侧或整体塌陷，导致车辆无法正常行驶。
值得注意的是，当前重庆正处于持续高温天气，车主普遍判断，本次批量空悬故障和高温环境直接相关。
截至发稿，小鹏汽车尚未对外发布本次集体故障的官方说明，未披露故障排查进展、后续优化及售后解决方案。
