【首批4只REITs指数基金募集收官 12亿元增量资金入市】随着7月10日中金基金披露旗下中证REITs全收益指数基金认购确认比例公告，易方达、华夏、南方、中金四大公募旗下首批4只REITs指数基金募集顺利收官，近12亿元增量资金为公募REITs市场注入新动力。作为国内首批标准化REITs指数投资工具，本次4只产品的成立推动国内公募REITs市场正式进入指数化发展的新阶段，补齐了REITs指数化投资产品空白。有业内人士表示，REITs指数基金可以吸引险资、理财布局，而且逻辑比股基ETF更顺。
