　　奇瑞汽车（09973）发布公告，公司董事会获尹同跃先生（董事长）、张国忠先生（执行董事）、高新华先生（公司高级管理层）、张贵兵先生（公司高级管理层）、戚士龙先生（公司高级管理层）及李学用先生（公司高级管理层）告知，彼等已于2026年7月9日分别通过场内交易购买公司H股。基于彼等分别提供的资料，（i）尹同跃先生购买39.5万股H股，平均价格为每股H股25.958港元；（ii）张国忠先生购买4.6万股H股，平均价格为每股H股25.862港元；（iii）高新华先生购买4.52万股H股，平均价格为每股H股26.106港元；（iv）张贵兵先生购买4.92万股H股，平均价格为每股H股25.876港元；（v）戚士龙先生购买5万股H股，平均价格为每股H股25.834港元；（vi）李学用先生购买7万股H股，平均价格为每股H股25.978港元。

　　基于公司现有资料，并据董事会所知，于紧随购买事项后及于本公告日期，公司维持充足的已发行股份公众持股量。董事会认为，购买事项表明各相关人士对集团前景及增长潜力的强大持续信心。
