家用及工业润滑油制造商WD-40公司交出了一份令人惊艳的第三财季成绩单，强劲的业绩表现推动公司股价在盘后交易中飙升逾15%。

　　截至5月31日的第三季度，WD-40实现净销售额1.951亿美元，同比增长24%。这一数字远超分析师预期的1.728亿美元。盈利表现更为亮眼，调整后每股收益达2.33美元，较去年同期的1.54美元大幅增长51%，显著高于市场预期的1.56美元。

　　公司业绩增长呈现全面开花态势，三大贸易区均实现两位数增长。其中，美洲地区表现最为突出，销售额增长29%至1.012亿美元；欧洲、印度、中东及非洲地区增长17%；亚太地区同样录得24%的强劲增长。核心业务维护产品销售额达1.897亿美元，同比增长26%，创下历史新高。

　　WD-40总裁兼首席执行官Steve Brass表示，公司交出了一份出色的季报，净销售额增长24%，营业利润增长47%，充分展现了商业模式的内生经营杠杆优势。三大贸易区均实现两位数增长，共同驱动了本季度的强劲表现。

　　基于前三季度的强劲势头，WD-40大幅上调了2026财年全年业绩指引。公司预计全年净销售额在6.75亿至6.90亿美元之间，同比增长10%至12%；调整后每股收益预期上调至6.05至6.35美元区间，中值6.20美元显著高于分析师预期的5.99美元。

　　公司同时宣布将于7月31日派发每股1.02美元的季度股息。
