南财智讯7月10日电，白云山（00874.HK）发布自愿公告，披露其附属公司广州医药股份有限公司拟通过增资扩股方式引入战略投资者，并于广州产权交易所进行信息预披露。本次增资扩股拟发行股票不超过9.20亿股，预计募集资金总额在人民币10.00亿元至30.00亿元之间。广州医药为公司持股90.92%的非全资附属公司，截至2026年3月31日，资产总额为41,232,941,749.26元，所有者权益为8,153,811,730.26元；2025年度营业收入58,168,636,893.30元，归属于母公司所有者的净利润608,522,401.14元。本次增资旨在满足业务发展资金需求，优化流动性、提升财务风险抵御能力，增强综合竞争力，不改变公司对广州医药的实际控制权。目前该事项尚处于预披露阶段，未签署交易合同，亦无履约安排，最终是否实施存在不确定性。
