ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，比特币矿企 TeraWulf 计划融资约 35 亿美元，由摩根士丹利主导，用于扩建其位于肯塔基州霍斯维尔的 Justified Data 数据中心园区。
本次融资将包括杠杆贷款及高收益债券，是 TeraWulf 首次进入杠杆贷款市场，计划于今年内启动。TeraWulf 此前已与 Anthropic 签订 20 年租约，预计初始租期内合同收入约达 190 亿美元，另含两个各五年的续约选项。数据中心预计于 2027 年下半年开始初步运营，2028 年初完成全面建设。
