此前，双方就曾发生军事冲突。美伊局势出现近期“最严重的升级”，停火脆弱本质凸显，谅解备忘录存续的基础已出现动摇，双方军事冲突可能还将进一步升级。另据央视新闻，央视记者当地时间8日获悉，美国方面消息显示，在美国与伊朗60天停火协议前景不明之际，霍尔木兹海峡油轮通行已“基本停止”。
