金吾财讯 | 全球大型独立科技服务商 CGI(GIB)宣布，依托自有政务 ERP 产品 CGI Advantage 打造的 Mosaic 全州云财务管理系统全面投入使用，该项目隶属马萨诸塞州 MA BEST 政企系统转型计划，将全面替换州内老旧分立财政系统，完成全州公共财政数字化升级。据悉，CGI 与马萨诸塞州拥有数十年政务信息化合作基础，本次落地的 SaaS 云原生平台打通财政全业务链路，统一集成协同工作流、线上自助办理、全域标准化报表三大核心能力，同步强化数据安全与内控治理。该项目采用软件、系统集成、托管云一体化交付模式，兼顾短期系统切换与长期迭代扩容需求。当前，美国多州集中启动老旧财政系统替换招标，政务云 ERP 迎来集中更新周期，本次马萨诸塞标杆项目落地，有望持续巩固 CGI 在美国州级政务信息化赛道竞争力。
