消息面上，国锐生活此前发布公告，建议将公司名称由“GR Life Style Company Limited(国锐生活有限公司)”更改为“SR Medical Technology Company Limited(春雨医疗科技有限公司)”建议更改公司名称”)。据了解，国锐生活于2025年收购春雨医生，作为国内互联网医疗头部企业，春雨医生目前已汇聚68万公立医院医师资源，服务1.8亿问诊用户，沉淀3亿份健康档案，在AI数字医疗、线上问诊、健康数据挖掘等领域具备行业领先优势。
近期，国锐生活携旗下互联网医疗平台春雨医生，与圆方集团旗下母婴品牌雪绒花于北京正式签署战略合作协议。根据合作规划，双方将以“软件赋能+硬件发力”双轮驱动构建全周期家庭健康管理体系。双方同时明确，合作首年将实现2亿元营收，三年内突破10亿元年营收，携手打造行业融合发展范本。
