消息面上，随着美国和伊朗再度爆发军事冲突，当地时间7月8日，国际原油期货价格大幅上涨。截至当天收盘，纽约商品交易所8月交货的轻质原油期货价格上涨3.08美元，收于每桶73.52美元，涨幅为4.37%；9月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格上涨3.86美元，收于每桶78.02美元，涨幅为5.2%。对外经济贸易大学中国国际碳中和经济研究院执行院长董秀成指出，在地缘冲突平息的前提下，未来几年油价合理运行区间为50-70美元/桶。“60美元/桶是符合市场逻辑的价格，产油国和消费国都能够接受。中东原油开采成本仅10-20美元每桶，60美元价位能给产油国留下充足利润；对于消费端，低油价利好需求，但同时价格会反向调节供需格局。”长期来看，油价无法维持当前高位。全球原油资源总量充足，总供给产能储备充足。在原油供给整体稳定的背景下，需求变化才是决定长期油价的核心因素。
