金吾财讯 | 据外媒援引知情人士消息报道，美国芝加哥期权交易所 Cboe 计划在 SK 海力士纳斯达克 ADR 正式上市两个交易日之后，挂牌交易其个股期权，期权上市流程将遵循现有监管框架，进一步完善该股多空交易工具、提升股票流动性与价格发现效率。韩国存储芯片龙头 SK 海力士本次赴美发行 ADR 募资 265 亿美元，创下海外企业赴美融资规模新高，将于美东时间 7 月 10 日(周五)晚间登陆纳斯达克。依托韩股价格测算，公司当前总市值约 1.03 万亿美元，核心受益全球 AI 服务器 HBM 存储持续紧缺，头部云厂商长期锁单支撑业绩，但近期全球半导体板块估值回调，本次上市表现被市场视作投资者对 AI 芯片赛道信心的重要检验。机构分析指出，SK 海力士客户订单锁定程度高，在行业回调阶段具备更强韧性。随着散户资金持续涌入 AI 概念股，期权工具将放大交易杠杆，同时放大股价波动。此前 SpaceX 期权上线曾创下史上最高成交量，市场预期 SK 海力士期权上市后交易活跃度同样走高。
