路透北京7月10日 - 中国房企万科000002.SZ2202.HK周五表示，预计今年上半年净亏120-150亿元人民币，这将较上年同期的亏损119亿元幅度进一步扩大；主要归因于开发项目结算规模显著下降、新增计提资产减值等。
万科并称，当前公司经营指标还没有呈现出实质性改善，债务和流动性依然承压。万科公告显示：
预计上半年扣非后净亏损为110-140亿元
亏损主要由于房地产开发项目结算规模显著下降，毛利率仍处低位
结合行业、市场和经营环境变化，新增计提了资产减值
成本法核算下，在扣除折旧摊销后，部分经营性业务以及部分非主业财务投资亏损
上半年按期保质完成约2.3万套房屋的交付
10支公开债券顺利获得债券持有人同意展期
公司将继续聚焦化险和发展两大任务，盘活优化存量资源，提升经营造血能力
聚焦重点城市及主营业务，有序退出非主业投资
持续优化公司治理体系、深化降本增效
